PDF2Office Professional 2017 is our Mac application that converts PDF and Windows XPS files to editable Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OmniGraffle and other common Office formats.

Our latest 2017 release of PDF2Office Professional was built from the ground-up offering many exciting features and making it even simpler to convert your PDF and Windows XPS files to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OmniGraffle and other formats.

On the screen, we see the PDF2Office Professional 2017 window. We’ve completely modernized the interface and made it easier to preview and navigate PDFs in the application; but let’s start converting PDF files to the Microsoft Office and other formats.

1. First we drag a few PDF files from the Desktop (or from any folder) into the Conversion list.

2. We then specify the type to convert each PDF file to using the Conversion Format pop-up. Let’s set the first file to Convert to Word; the 2nd file to Convert to Excel and the third file to convert to PowerPoint and finally the last file to convert to OmniGraffle.

3. We then click Convert located up here and specify where to save the converted files; we’ll set this to the desktop and the conversions start.

Notice how PDF2Office Professional 2017 batch converts PDF files to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OmniGraffle files! Wasn’t that quick?
