If you upgraded your system to Mac OS X Snow Leopard, you need to re-install PDF2ID/PDF2Office in order for the products to operate properly.

If you receive an error message "QTCF.dll" not found or "The installation of PDF2Office is not proper", you must copy the file QTCF.dll into the Windows/System32 folder and restart your machine. This is an issue with QuickTime 7.6.4.
